Must Have

3 - 5 years in IS/IT, Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or closely related field

Nice to Have

1 - 3 years in Lean/Six Sigma experience, 1 - 3 years in the Health Insurance Industry, 1 - 3 years in the Healthcare industry, Agile Methodology Certification (e. g. , CSM, CSPO), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), The Open Framework Group (TOGAF), Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP)

What You'll Do.

supporting the application product lifecycle

capturing capability needs

gathering project specifications

translating high-level business requirements into clear

and detailed specifications

performing analysis of business problems and data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement

creating and maintaining deliverables such as detailed requirements

and basic user interface designs

participating in the full software development lifecycle on Agile Scrum teams

supporting all aspects of requirements testing

communicating effectively with team members and customers

assisting with requirement walkthroughs

providing project status updates

identifying and exploring opportunities for Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation solutions within the claims domain

assisting in their implementation

understanding the impact of changes across multiple interconnected systems

and managing project risks

staying informed on market trends

particularly in claims technology

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

collaborates closely with customers, engineers, and other team members; Work with customers, Software Engineers, Architects, Capability Managers, and other team members; participating on Agile scrum teams; Effectively communicate with team members, customers, partners and management
