What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required, 3+ years of progressive responsibility & successful business system analysis or relevant experience required, Knowledge in business analysis concepts (business process modeling (BPM), context diagrams, use cases, user stories), Knowledge with techniques used in requirements elicitation, project scoping, requirements analysis, project planning, and analysis activities
Nice to Have
Military experience will be considered in lieu of formal degree, Order Entry Platform and other related downstream system knowledge preferred, Knowledge in Annuity domain is preferred
What You'll Do.

Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards
Support implementation activities
Support projects and system enhancements
Facilitate and lead interviews with business and technology partners
Identify requirements for system and process enhancements
Capture user requirements and acceptance criteria
Translate requirements to user stories
Conduct analysis efforts
Analyze business problems
Make recommendations for creative solutions
Provide production support for analysis and resolution of system defects
and propose business process re-designs
Increase business acumen and awareness of best practices
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Works closely with business stakeholders and IT teams; Fosters relationships with business and technology partners; Partners with Product Owner; Coordinates efforts of other BSAs when dependencies are identified
