What You'll Do.
Act as domain lead for Sales Operations systems
Define roadmap priorities
Translate business strategies into system solutions
Drive end-to-end pipeline management
Lead requirement definition for CRM enhancements
Perform root cause analysis of pipeline issues
Influence CRM usage standards
Act as advisor on pipeline health
Provide functional ownership of Sales Compensation
Lead analysis and design of compensation plans
Assess business impact of plan changes
Own validation and resolution of incentive issues
Act as liaison with Xactly vendor
Shape and prioritise backlog items
Lead backlog refinement
Facilitate Agile ceremonies
Reinforce Agile practices
Drive continuous improvement in delivery
Lead complex business analysis activities
Define and maintain functional designs
Own and coordinate User Acceptance Testing
Support production releases
Act as escalation point for operational issues
Drive adoption through process definition
Serve as liaison between stakeholders
Communicate with senior stakeholders
Provide mentorship to analysts
