If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Business Systems Analyst** located in **Guadalajara North.** Reporting to the **IT Operations Manager** the **Business Systems Analyst’s** role involves: **What a typical day looks like:** * Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions, incorporating user experience design to improve operations and process efficiency. * Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems — including designing UI mockups, prototypes, and user flows to visualize solutions before implementation. * Research, design, and test new systems and enhancements, leveraging graphic design and visual communication to create stakeholder-ready deliverables. * Create infographics, dashboards, and visual documentation to communicate system changes and project status. * Communicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, using visual guides and user-centric design to ensure smooth adoption. * Execute Global IT projects with integrated design and communication deliverables. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Intermediate English. * Bachelor's degree (Graphic Design, IT, or related field). * Experience with computerized databases, supply chain management, and process guidelines. * Proficiency in design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and UX/UI prototyping. * SharePoint content design and management. * Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and creative concept
