The Role Addepar’s Finance Systems Operations team is hlliniring a Business System Analyst to lead cross-functional, systems-driven initiatives. You will own end-to-end delivery for defined projects, translate business needs into clear technical requirements, and ensure solutions are adopted by users. While NetSuite is our core platform, this role will flex across our entire Finance Technology stack, including our P2P systems (like Coupa) and other Finance tools. Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is based on the first day of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. What You’ll Do Requirements gathering: Partner with stakeholders (Accounting, FP&A and Procurement) to map current processes, translate needs into clear, testable technical requirements, and document them precisely. Project leadership: Run the end-to-end lifecycle across planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure to deliver on scope, time, and quality. Technology partnership: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within our Finance Technology stack (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa, Navan), acting as a key partner to stakeholder groups like Accounting and Big.
