Why this program and role matter The Exness Engineering Bootcamp is a multi-rotational engineering program designed for high-potential Middle Engineers who want to gain first-hand experience across different products, teams and engineering domains at Exness before making a long-term team decision. Through real engineering work, mentorship and exposure to multiple areas of the business, participants build a deeper understanding of where their skills, interests and strengths can create the greatest impact. A Business System Analyst is a role that specifies the system needs to meet the end user requirements. BSA analyzes system functions in order to define their goals or purposes and to discover operations and procedures for accomplishing them most efficiently. BSA also designs new IT solutions to improve business efficiency and productivity, produce outline designs and estimate costs of new systems, specify the operations the system will perform, and the way data will be viewed by the end user. The role is based in our Limassol office, Cyprus and is open to candidates currently living in Cyprus.
