Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sr. BSA, Proven Sr. BASA experience with medium to larger Agile projects integrated with downstream and upstream applications and processes, Technical writing skills/experience, Experience in writing user stories and testing acceptance criteria, Previous experience with API specifications, Experience with UML and flow diagrams, Experience with data mapping, Experience with tools like Postman/Swagger, effectively use tools like Jira, Confluence, Mural, Figma etc., problem-solving skills, Experience working in an Agile software development environment, Curiosity and a desire to learn, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
Prior Programming and development background, Financial Industry experience

Participate in design reviews and walk-throughs
Independently leading sessions to obtain key inputs from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Conduct detailed business process analysis and develop comprehensive process flow diagrams
