Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations, 5+ years supervisory experience in manufacturing/industrial environment, Experience with union workforce management, Certification in inventory management, Certification in supply chain management, Advanced proficiency with SAP or Oracle, Experience with 3PL operations, Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, Familiarity with safety management, Familiarity with OSHA compliance, Experience in automotive, aerospace, or heavy manufacturing, Understanding of indirect materials and MRO categories, Knowledge of contract logistics, Experience with client facility management, Experience with vendor management, Experience managing teams of 10+ employees, Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Experience with budget management

What You'll Do.

Supervise indirect materials operations team

Manage daily attendance tracking

Oversee dock receiving processes

Oversee shipping processes

Oversee material inventory processes

Conduct daily team meetings

Provide coaching to employees

Review time clock entries

Approve time clock entries

Monitor operational issues

Resolve operational issues

Execute daily scanning operations

Create shipping documentation

Follow up on open purchase orders

Follow up on non-conformance issues

Ensure completion of annual cycle counts

Maintain inventory accuracy

Support MRP Planner functions

Support WRA Coordinator functions

Compile End of Shift reports

Distribute End of Shift reports

Maintain Level 4/5 BPD boards

Update Level 4/5 BPD boards

Maintain IMM OT Equalization sheets

Update IMM OT Equalization sheets

Process monthly shipper requests

Review Unsourced Templates from MRP

Attend weekly JLL BPD reviews

Attend monthly staff meetings

Conduct SIF/GCTA reviews

Complete layered audits

Review standardized work procedures

Update standardized work procedures

Complete required annual training

Process 2209 movement documentation

Attend weekly IMM meetings

Coordinate with UAW representatives

Address Crystal Water operational issues

Address Aramark operational issues

Conduct weekly TIS reviews
