Nice to Have
2–3 years in provider outreach, network development, sales development, or healthcare operations, Experience with clinic/provider networks, scheduling/coverage models, or healthcare contracting, Familiarity with call scripting and objection handling
What You'll Do.
Conduct structured outbound outreach to clinics
Validate current services
Qualify providers for contracting interest
Use qualification criteria to determine next steps
Educate clinics on value proposition and onboarding
Identify exceptions and develop recommendations
Identify clinics with no volume and validate status
Recommend cancellation of non-performing clinics
Track service changes and update systems
Create and manage a clean pipeline of clinics
Prepare handoff packages for Sales
Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and actions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with internal teams to align qualification criteria; Coordinate with the Manila team on call lists, scripts, QA, and throughput goals; Escalate complex provider scenarios to the appropriate team
