What You'll Do.

manage and offboard Field Support

Conduct internal new hire orientation

and timeliness of new hire

Order necessary equipment/technology

Ensure equipment is ready prior to start date

Accountable for training and development of Field Support

Manage team through regular performance assessments

Manage team through goal setting

Drive results through day to day management of

Review performance against targets

Ensure success and compliance with operational processes

Ensure FSG team’s daily execution of tasks/activities reflect

Build development plans

Inspire and motivate team

Create a high-performance environment

Set clear performance expectations

Support ad-hoc duties

Deliver highest level of customer service

Partner with internal leaders and department managers

Address escalated issues

Address special projects

Ensure timely resolution with appropriate follow up

Build and maintain effective working relationships with PMO

Support team and business objectives

Provide weekly performance updates to Head of Field

Encourage a culture of accountability

Encourage a culture of open communication

Set realistic and personal stretch objectives

Drive team to achieve peak productivity

Track and review individual performance

Track and review divisional performance

Track and review office performance against Scorecard

Identify areas of improvement

Implement updates with training

Maintain high-level overview of key systems and processes

Act as SME for the team

Retain capability to undertake BSA’s duties

Serve as an escalation point for complex enquiries

Act as final point of escalation on issues

Quickly analyse and respond to multiple situations

Ensure prompt resolution

Support Head of Field Support in creating strategic

Pro-actively communicate strategic vision

Drive strategic vision with team

Orchestrate the pace for change
