About the role As a Business Support Intern, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the success of our commercial teams by helping ensure that they can focus on what they do best: serving customers and driving growth. You will be the architect of our internal knowledge, deep-diving into the mechanics of how our Sales, Success, and Support teams function. Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex workflows and clear, actionable documentation. From auditing our current handbooks to mapping out sophisticated processes in Confluence, you will allow our teams to have the tools and information they need to succeed.
