What You'll Do.
Provide Administration Service for Remedium Team
Maintain and update job trackers on a daily basis
CV formatting and badging in line with client and regional requirements
Support Executive search projects (mass mailing)
scheduling meetings and booking rooms
Arranging post and deliveries
Updating records using a database
Ordering office supplies
Maintaining office systems
Liaising with colleagues in other departments
marketing for other ad-hoc duties
Assist during critical tasks and high-priority projects to ensure timely delivery
Champion the Remedium Values and ensure Operational Excellence is achieved
Complete the Company’s personal development review
Any other job-related duties
