This role is responsible for driving platform adoption, optimizing system usage, providing training and support to users, and serving as the primary liaison between operations teams and the Corrigo platform administrators. ## **Key Responsibilities** **Platform Expertise & Administration** * Serve as the go-to expert for Corrigo system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting * Configure and maintain Corrigo settings, workflows, and user permissions to align with operational requirements * Stay current on platform updates, new features, and industry best practices for facilities management technology * Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement **User Training & Support** * Develop and deliver training programs for new users and ongoing education for existing users * Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, user guides, and quick reference materials * Provide frontline support for user questions, technical issues, and workflow challenges * Conduct regular office hours or support sessions to assist users and gather feedback **Change Management & Adoption** * Champion platform adoption across teams and encourage consistent, proper system usage * Identify resistance points and develop strategies
