Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Partner with supply chain, planning, distribution, fulfillment, sourcing, and operational teams to identify challenges, define requirements, and deliver business solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Design and implement scalable technology solutions, process improvements, automations, and system integrations to improve operational performance and business results. Develop analytical and business intelligence tools, including dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics that support decision-making. Troubleshoot and resolve complex data, system, and code-related issues while ensuring the stability and effectiveness of existing solutions. Maintain and enhance data environments, databases, ETL processes, and automation workflows to ensure data accuracy, usability, and reliability. Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize workflows, and foster innovation. Communicate insights, recommendations, and project outcomes effectively across teams and leadership groups while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline such as Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience and relevant certifications. Minimum of 3 years of experience leveraging technology, automation, and data solutions to improve business processes and data quality. Strong proficiency with relational databases, particularly SQL Server, and experience developing and supporting database-driven solutions. Experience with reporting and visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau. Hands-on experience with ETL tools and data integration processes, particularly SSIS.
