What You'll Do.
Oversee day-to-day operations

Conduct mid-year review and annual performance evaluations

Monitor program productivity and effectiveness

Conducts weekly team meetings to support staff coordination and performance
Actively participates in monthly regional meetings to align with organizational objectives
and effective communication with staff and peers
Reviews and evaluates comprehensive service plans to ensure quality and compliance
Oversees TDS staff to ensure participants’ progress is effectively monitored toward achieving self-sufficiency goals
Performs additional duties as assigned in support of program operations

We do this by integrating data-driven technology, expanding access to services and streamlining partner-supported service delivery. * Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Develop work processes, new hire training plans, schedules, and workflows to meet program performance benchmarks. * Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff.
