Deploy loaders to production and monitor loader performance to ensure stable and accurate data delivery. * Resolve issues through a structured ticketing system and collaborate on root cause analysis. * Provides technical expertise in developing solutions to data issues by leveraging data manipulation techniques and root cause analysis. * Protocol health monitoring: Identify/fix recurring issues and implement scalable, long-term solutions. * Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing through test transmission verification with the Data Management team. * Follow coding standards, take part in peer code reviews, and ensure quality and maintainability of code. * Support automation efforts and process improvement initiatives (track/document) in collaboration with technical/ data management teams. * Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements for effective delivery of the data. * Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and manage the issues related to data, analyze, modify, and improve the process to ensure it best serves the interest of the organization. * Participate in cross-functional discussions to understand requirements and deliver effective loader solutions. * Complete mandatory Quality Assurance training sessions. * Attend mandatory team and cross functional meetings. * Participate in job shadowing or interdepartmental developmental opportunities. * Participate in ongoing training ini
