What You'll Do.

Provide administration support to Senior Sales Leaders

Coordinate internal and external meetings

Manage registration desks and guest arrivals

Oversee attendee management for initiatives

Handle catering arrangements and supplier coordination

Submit expenses on behalf of Sales VPs

Coordinate travel arrangements

Track and report team activity metrics

Support London Sales Team with ad hoc requests

Manage end-to-end purchase order

Undertake research for special projects
