What You'll Do.
Provide support to front office staff on client
Serve as central point of contact for tool-
Prepare monthly control result reports
Assess control results provided by the 2LoD
Identify patterns in control results
Discuss findings with relevant management
Define and drive suitability related training
Establish and maintain best practice guides
Share insights across teams
Lead change management activities within the 1LoD
Support onboarding of new front office employees
Support onboarding of new managers
Lead Suitability Champion sessions
Lead bi-monthly group heads exchange sessions
Perform suitability recurring control tasks
Act as liaison officer to GPS
Act as liaison officer to compliance control units
Represent the region in global suitability related projects
Represent the region in global suitability related initiatives
Exchange with representatives from other regions
