What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-5 years of work experience in an operation, project management, consulting, or equivalent environment., 1+ years of work experience in the Risk and Resilience space, crisis management preferred., Experience helping to mature a global resiliency program., Autonomy to translate strategic direction into actionable plans with minimal guidance., Experience being a connector across teams and managing projects against KPIs through to completion., Experience developing and documenting procedures and workflows., Organizational skills with attention to detail and a commitment to follow-up

What You'll Do.
Organize activities supporting crisis and resiliency activities relating to supporting special projects and business units
Drive consistent methodology
and standards for planning
and exercising across crisis leadership teams.
Undertake projects/initiatives that address various aspects of the crisis program – overall strategy
and support training and development needs of senior executives.
Work across different resilience programs including Business Continuity
and Crisis Management to help develop and deliver major projects relating to emerging risks
but not limited to contentious elections.
Work with team leads in the of strategies that bolster function-level (such as HR
etc. ) and product-level resiliency planning.
Drive the initiation of global initiatives that integrate lessons gleaned from both exercises and actual crises.
Innovate new tools to expedite the implementation of new resiliency program management plans and capabilities.
