ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Business Recruiter to help scale our GTM organization during a period of rapid growth. This is a full-cycle recruiting role supporting multiple business searches simultaneously across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and G&A functions. As an early recruiting team member, you’ll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to help build the foundation for how business hiring operates here. We’re looking for someone who is highly execution-oriented, strong at sourcing, and excited to operate in a fast-moving B2B SaaS environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own full-cycle recruiting across business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and other G&A roles - Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, calibrate profiles, and drive hiring decisions - Build and manage strong outbound pipelines of business talent through sourcing, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies - Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high bar for candidate experience and process quality - Help improve recruiting operations, workflows, tooling, reporting, and overall process efficiency as the company scales - Maintain strong ATS hygiene and operati
