What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a startup or high-growth tech company, preferably in AI, dev tools, or B2B SaaS environments, Hands-on experience owning GTM or G&A functions across multiple you understand how these teams operate and what good looks like in each, sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with a creative approach to finding talent outside of the usual channels, A track record of closing top talent in competitive you understand what motivates candidates beyond comp and manage objections before they become drop-offs, Experience as a genuine strategic partner to hiring managers: advising on scope, leveling, interview design, and offer strategy, Clear, confident communication with candidates and hiring managers, with the ability to grasp technical concepts, and pitch the company in a compelling way, Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high and evolving hiring standards, Experience with ATS tools such as Ashby, and sourcing platforms like Juicebox, A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in AI and building great teams

Nice to Have

Agency recruiting experience or a blended background (agency + in-house) strongly preferred, Experience recruiting for additional functions such as Product, G&A, or technical roles, Experience at an early-stage startup where you contributed to building recruiting process alongside hiring

What You'll Do.

Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM

and Operations functions — from intake and sourcing through offer and close

Build and maintain pipelines through proactive outbound outreach

and community-based sourcing — ahead of demand

high-conversion outreach that reflects the company's voice and mission

Manage offers end-to-end

understanding what motivates each candidate and maintaining acceptance rates in competitive markets

Track pipeline health

and process build lightweight infrastructure like scorecards and debrief guides as you go

Contribute to recruiting operations

and best practices as the team scales

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner directly with hiring managers to shape hiring strategy, build pipeline ahead of demand, and close top talent in a competitive market; Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, leveling, interview plans, and sourcing lead debriefs and push back on specs that will not get results; Coordinate closely with Sourcers and RCs to keep handoffs clean and candidates give clear briefs and keep the team unblocked

Communication Scope

Clear, confident communication with candidates and hiring managers; Ability to grasp technical concepts; Pitch the company in a compelling way
