Key Responsibilities * Lead readiness assessments across business, people, process, data, and behaviour. * Produce evidence‑based insights (scorecards, heatmaps, behavioural indicators). * Translate findings into clear readiness plans owned by the business. * Activate and coach Change Champions, Agents, Super Users, and Trainers. * Detect and manage resistance through behavioural and readiness signals. * Run readiness huddles and forums to maintain momentum and accountability. * Partner across Comms, Behaviour, and Capability to align interventions ## Qualifications * Bachelor
