Full Job Description
We’re looking for a **Business Process Senior Associate** to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to handle tasks relative to indexing, reviewing, ordering, and data entry of applications and requirements to the system prior to the underwriting process. **Position Responsibilities:** * Accurately submit complex applications using AWD and Mainframe Systems (including Contract Acceptance, NBUS, Capsil, IMAC, and LH systems) for new business. * Process Term Life applications up to $250,000, as well as Health, Dental, and Personal Accident applications, following Affinity Underwriting Department guidelines. * Manage substandard offers accepted by clients, process initial premium payments when necessary, and reconcile funds across operating systems. * Serve as a backup for MBPS New Business processing functions and handle in-force or claim file requests as needed. * Obtain missing information for Not in Good Order applications from Agents/Brokers, Sponsors, and clients through phone, email, or written correspondence. * Address customer inquiries directed to New Business via email from the Customer Service Department and provide support to other New Business staff. **Required Qualifications:** * Open for fresh graduates, though preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of relevant work experience in a professional setting. * Candidates with experience in back-office operations or administrative roles are highly desirable.
