_We’re looking for a**Business Process Senior Associate** to join our Insurance Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you are expected to complete requests / transactions productively and accurately to meet Service Levels set by the management with the business unit._ **Position Responsibilities:** * Process and analyze transactions in line with the Service Level Agreement set with the Business Unit * Attain Mastery of Business Unit Policies governing the transactions being processed * Report all system issues that may affect the operations * Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operations Management **Required Qualifications:** * With at least 1 year data/BPO experience as a requirement, undergrads with 2 years of data/BPO experience * Basic knowledge with MS office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) * Ability to compose grammatically correct, clear and concise communication * Minimum keyboarding skills of at least 45 words per minute * Knowledge of browsers and relevant computer applications.
