Must Have
15+ years of experience designing, managing or improving end‑to‑end finance processes, exposure to Period End Close in complex environments, Proven expertise in business process design, documentation and governance, Hands‑on experience supporting or delivering ERP‑enabled finance transformations, Strong analytical capability to assess process performance, Experience partnering with Business Process Owners and senior Finance stakeholders
Nice to Have
Professional qualification preferred (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MBA), Experience working in Consumer Health/FMCG, working across multiple operating units/geographies, Demonstrated ability to lead change and adoption, stakeholder engagement and communication skills, Comfortable operating in multi‑year transformation programmes, Collaborative mindset with experience working across Finance, Technology and Operations teams

Drive decisions through governance forums

Engage and influence stakeholders

Team & Collaboration
Partner with the Business Process Owner (BPO) and Finance teams; Engage and influence stakeholders across Finance, Operations; working across Finance, Technology and Operations teams
Communication Scope
Communicate changes clearly; stakeholder engagement and communication skills; tailor messages for different audiences
