What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain / Operations, Computer Science, Engineering, or comparable qualification, 3–5 years of relevant professional experience (with Bachelor) or 2–4 years (with Master), Foundational conceptual and practical knowledge in business process management and business and logistics systems, ideally in an ERP environment, Minimum 3 years of practical experience in SAP ECC 6.0 support, specifically in SAP MM, PP, and PP-PI modules (e.g., inventory management, production and process orders, or batch management), Practical understanding of manufacturing environments and support for interfaces, MES processes, IDoc processing, or output management, Structured problem-solving skills, Strong customer orientation, Competence for clear communication between technical teams and business departments, Very good German and good English skills
Nice to Have
First experiences in project work, First insights into quality or master data processes, First insights into ticket-based support models (e.g., ServiceNow), First insights into future SAP technologies (e.g., S/4HANA)
What You'll Do.
Support solution-specific support for assigned business and logistics systems
Analyze and resolve functional disruptions and process interruptions
Process functional system and process topics in SAP ECC 6.0
Support identification of recurring problems or system disruptions
Support definition and maintenance of standards for supported systems and processes
Assist in evaluating business requirements
Support functional and regression testing
Create and maintain training and system documentation
Conduct knowledge transfers for key users and end-users
