What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting (or related), 12+ years of proven experience in Proven experience designing and improving end-to-end business processes in a complex, global environment, process mapping/modelling capability (e. g. , BPMN) and experience producing clear process documentation, controls and SOPs, Hands-on experience working with ERP-enabled transformation (preferably SAP S/4HANA) and translating business requirements into process/system design, Analytical skills to diagnose root causes using data (KPIs, process mining/metrics) and quantify opportunities and benefits, Experience driving decisions through governance, managing stakeholders, and delivering process change in line with programme milestones
Nice to Have
Professional qualification preferred (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MBA), Experience in Consumer Health/FMCG and working across multiple operating units/geographies, Exposure to automation/digital enablement (workflow, RPA, process mining) to streamline and standardise processes, facilitation and influencing able to align diverse stakeholders and drive outcomes through forums and working groups, Change delivery mindset with experience supporting training/adoption, communications and sustained performance management post go-live
