Experience within Finance or Order to Cash, Experience working in complex, global organizations (Consumer Health, FMCG, or similar industries preferred), Knowledge of deduction management, dispute resolution, credit management, or related process areas, analytical skills with the ability to assess complex process flows and identify improvements, Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, and Operations, Experience supporting change initiatives and process adoption

Ensure alignment of deduction process design
Support operational readiness
Develop clear process documentation
Support adoption and continuous improvement initiatives

The role works closely with Business Process Owners, Finance, Customer Service, Commercial, and other cross‑functional teams to define current and future‑state processes and support successful transition and adoption across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Partner with Business Process Owners and key functions (Finance, Order to Cash, Customer Service, Commercial) to manage current‑state deduction processes and design future‑state solutions * Analyze “as‑is” processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities; design and maintain end‑to‑end “to‑be” processes * Facilitate workshops to gather business input and drive alignment on deduction process improvements and standardization * Drive process decisions through governance forums and ensure clear, timely stakeholder communication * Ensure alignment of deduction process design with Order to Cash timelines, milestones, and depend
