What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting (or related), 15+ years of proven experience in end-to-end process design and governance across Finance data in a global organisation, experience in Finance process design and transformation, with focus on Consolidation and External Reporting in complex, global organisations, Proven ability to analyse end‑to‑end processes, identify control gaps and inefficiencies, and translate requirements into clear process designs, Hands‑on experience with process modelling tools, data analysis, and SAP‑enabled process landscapes, Experience working within structured governance, programme delivery, and large‑scale transformation environments
Nice to Have
Professional qualification preferred (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/MBA), Experience in Consumer Health/FMCG and working across multiple operating units/geographies, stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across Finance, business units, and transformation teams, Change and transition management capability, including adoption, readiness, and business continuity considerations, Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, balancing strategic intent with pragmatic execution, SAP S/4HANA preferred
