What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in business process management / process design, experience in process mapping and documentation, Solid understanding of lead‑to‑cash, finance, and marketing processes, Ability to translate business processes into system requirements and user stories, English is a must, Experience working in complex, fast‑paced environments with multiple priorities, stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to Have
experience with SAP, Salesforce CRM, exposure to Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, German/French is an advantage
What You'll Do.
and optimize end‑to‑end business processes (current & future state)
Identify process gaps and translate business needs into functional requirements
Collaborate with Product Owners
and stakeholders to design and implement technology solutions
Support Agile and waterfall delivery models
from discovery to deployment
Participate in testing (SIT/UAT)
and go‑live activities
Drive change management
and adoption across the business
Work on multiple concurrent projects and ensure alignment across global regions and teams
