You'll work within a team, collaborating with various business units to implement and optimize the system. Expect to conduct process reviews, workshops, and gap analyses, translating business needs into functional specifications and M3 configurations. You'll participate in prototyping, testing, and training, contributing to documentation and user adoption while expanding your expertise in Infor M3 and other ERP’s. **Responsibilities:** **Process Design and Improvement:** * Develop and implement processes and standards. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. * Ensure process alignment across all functional areas including order management, operations and finance with business objectives and compliance requirements. **Stakeholder Collaboration:** * Work closely with regional leaders and functional teams, and other stakeholders to understand and address opportunities. * Coordinate with IT and other departments to integrate functional processes with enterprise systems. **Performance Monitoring:** * Work on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of operations. * Analyze data across key business functions to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. **Risk Management:** * Develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions in the flow of commerce. * Ensure business continuity plans are in place and regularly updated. **Vendor Management:** * Manage relationships throughout service providers and contractors. * Evaluate the performance of partners and make recommendations for improvements or chan
