What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience working in supplier management, procurement processes and practices, 5 + years of experience working with any industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, 5+ years of experience in Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN), Process Management Skills, Integrated Systems Thinking, Process Improvement Methods, and/or Analytical Skills, Experience in leading a cross functional team
Nice to Have
7+ years of experience working in supplier management, procurement processes and practices, 7+ years of experience with performing research and analysis on processes, applications, systems, and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design, Experience working in digital product lifecycle management environments (development, deployment, modification and support), Proficient in following modeling languages Unified Architecture Framework and/or The Open Group Architecture Framework, Experience in SAP Signavio and other similar tools
What You'll Do.
Design end‑to‑end business processes that integrate supply chain systems
Leads and oversees the development and deployment of process management plans and activities
Establishes strategy for new processes and tools related to the design
planning and deployment of enterprise-wide projects/programs
Oversee efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues related to processes
projects and procurement transactions
Partner with technical teams to define integration requirements

and process validation with business SMEs to align standard capabilities and requirements
