What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years of experience in business analysis, operations, consulting, business systems, or related roles in SaaS or high-growth technology environments, Process mapping and workflow visualization skills using tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio, Ability to structure ambiguous information into clear, scalable, and easy-to-understand process artifacts, Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and synthesize stakeholder feedback effectively, Comfortable managing multiple concurrent requests and priorities across cross-functional stakeholders, Experience facilitating working sessions, capturing decisions, and maintaining organized follow-through, Familiarity with operational workflows across GTM, Finance, Customer Success, or business systems environments, Basic reporting and analytical skills with comfort working with operational or CRM data, Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across technical and non-technical teams, Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and workflow copilots to support documentation, research, synthesis, and process analysis work
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Salesforce, CPQ, subscription billing, or revenue operations systems, Experience working with process governance, process libraries, or continuous improvement initiatives, Exposure to systems transformation or operational scale programs, Experience supporting enablement, training, or operational rollout activities, Basic SQL or reporting experience
