Do you pride yourself in creating process documentation that can be consumed at all levels within an organization? Are you inspired by process simplification and efficiency? If yes, you may be a good fit for Autodesk's Business Process & Excellence Team. You are an experienced analyst eager to establish robust business process improvement standards to support our efforts to grow Autodesk's GTM Operations. **About the Team** The Business Process & Excellence Team is a dynamic group of experts responsible for driving operational excellence across Autodesk's GTM organizations by partnering with program leaders to ensure strategic projects and programs are delivered according to established project management, readiness, and business process frameworks. **Responsibilities** * Be able to identify the impact on internal business processes from Company Strategic Initiatives * Design, maintain, and evolve business process maps according to Growth and Transformation programs * Support business process owners in their efforts to create, optimize, and automate our services * Facilitate process workshops with cross Organization audience * Observe processes in action * Solve process-related problems and advise the Program team on recommendations * Identify Process Performance Indicators and be able to measure them * Measure and report on process effectiveness and ensure processes are supporting the evolution of company goals * Leverage Autodesk standards—brand assets, experience, processes, tools, teams * Partner with our readiness teams, as needed, to be sure our teams are prepared for changes to our processes or how we govern them **Minimum Requirements** * 3+ years of business process mapping or re-engineering or similar experience * Expert skills wi
