Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles, Fluent in English and Spanish, analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools, Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning, Comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive-level exposure, Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
