Reporting to the Business Performance Specialist, the Business Performance Analyst plays a key role in improving operational efficiency and cost performance across Quebec Recycling. Through data analysis and performance monitoring, this role delivers accurate, actionable insights that support operational decision-making and identify optimization opportunities. You will work closely with operations teams and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable analysis and drive performance improvements across the network. What you’re responsible for: * Monitor and analyse operational performance metrics related to cost, productivity, efficiency and service levels. * Conduct variance analysis on operational and logistics costs and forecast, identifying key drivers and improvement opportunities. * Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring performance reports using Excel and Power BI. * Consolidate and validate data related to production, inventory flows, and transportation movements to ensure accurate and reliable reporting. * Identify performance gaps across operations and logistics flows and provide analysis to support corrective action plans * Work with the stakeholders to implement and track post implementation improvement.
