Must Have
Behaviour consistent with OceanaGold Values and the OceanaGold Way, Four or five-year degree graduate, At least 2 years relevant training experience as a trainer and in a similar role within the training environment, Minimum of 2 years experiences on Crushing, Grinding, Flotations, Filtration, Gravity Concentration and Goldroom, Paste Backfill Plant, Mobile Equipment Operation, LTO Driver’s License
Nice to Have
PRC license is highly regarded, Additional certifications such as Training Methodology 1 (TM1), Workplace Trainer Certificate IV, and Workplace Assessors Certificate IV is a plus, Technical Knowledge on Mineral Processing and Operation, Maintenance or Metallurgy, High level of enthusiasm for the work with high performance goals

OceanaGold are seeking a suitably qualified, experienced, and reliable Business Partner – Learning and Development (Process), to design and deliver training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills and competencies of learners, and to maintain training records and other related documents. This role will be reporting to the Senior Trainer - Mining/Operations.
