Who We're Looking For We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented intern who is interested in learning how operational planning and execution support broader business goals, and is ready to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team. What You'll Do - Collaborate to gather, organize, and analyze operational data to inform business decisions - Maintain reports, dashboards, trackers, and recurring business metrics - Document existing processes, workflows, and team procedures in a clear and organized format - Support process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and recommending practical solutions - Coordinate with cross-functional partners to collect updates, track action items, and ensure follow-through on operational initiatives - Prepare summaries, presentations, and internal documentation for meetings, planning sessions, and project updates - Conduct research to support operational planning, benchmarking, and business reviews - Assist with project management, including timeline tracking, meeting notes, and progress reporting - Ensure data accuracy and consistency across operational tools and documentation - Participate in special projects and support ad hoc business operations needs as assigned What Y
