What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5+ years of experience in operations, systems, IT operations, technical support, or a related role., Experience owning internal tools or workflows (not just supporting them)., Working knowledge of SQL and comfort querying data for reporting and analysis., Familiarity with SaaS tools, access management, and system integrations., problem-solving skills and comfort operating in ambiguous environments., Ability to take ownership, prioritize effectively, and follow through independently., Clear communicator who enjoys partnering cross-functionally and documenting processes.
Nice to Have
Experience with Jira Service Management, Rippling, Metabase, or similar tools., Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, or audit processes., Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS or startup environment., Experience with automation, scripting, or systems integrations.

Own and manage ticketing and service workflows
Support and maintain internal systems
Build and maintain basic SQL-based reporting
and implement process improvements and automations
Support operational compliance efforts
Create and maintain clear SOPs and documentation for owned systems and workflows.
