Business Operations Specialist **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes** (BCA) is currently seeking a **Senior** or **Expert Business Operations Specialist** to join the **Fabrication Strategy Team** in **Auburn, Washington** or **Everett, Washington**. The Business Operations Specialist on the Fabrication Strategy Team will drive the Fabrication Strategy through collaboration and integration with Fabrication Capabilities, Global Supply Chain, Product Development and other functional partners. This role partners closely with Fabrication executive leadership to define strategic priorities, develop business cases, make recommendations, support project integration, execution and visibility. This role requires effective communication, influence, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions. The ideal candidate works well independently with people across organizations with varying backgrounds and experience and will have a proven track record of successfully managing and integrating projects from initiation through completion. **Position Responsibilities:** * Partner with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, coordinate or develop business cases, and support execution of strategic projects * Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, sales, legal) to align on strategy execution and remove roadblocks * Follow rules, guidelines and best practices for establishing and managing Coded Projects * Collaborate across Fabrication Capabilities, Global Supply Chain, Product Development and other functional partners to develop and deploy strategies to achieve business objectives * Coordinate business case development by partnering with other functions * Organize, maintain and communicate the Fabrication Leadership Team Strategy Operating Rhythm * Develop visibility of the future business environment, opportunities and key projects **This position is expected to be
