Must Have
At least 2 years of work experience (alternance and internships counting in) as Business Operations Manager, Category Manager or Business Analyst, project management skills, operational process efficiency thinking and understanding, Ability to build great collaborative internal & external relationships, Structured, organized, proactive with a trouble-shooting mindset, Data driven, analytical, masters Excel, Proven communication skills, Flexible to adapt to a fast pace environment, Motivated by E-commerce and Fashion industry, Fluent in English communication skills (written & spoken)
Nice to Have
ideally within an E-commerce/Tech company, Tableau and SQL are a plus, keen on using AI for data discovery purposes, any other European language is a plus (French, Italian, Spanish, German preferred)
What You'll Do.
Support Senior Brand Partnership manager
manage multiple projects
ensuring deadlines are met
Support the team on regular renderings
Support the team with data tasks
assess KPIs and suggest corrective actions
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
work with various internal stakeholders: Customer Service, Tech & Product, Fraud, Operations in warehouse, Marketing, Pricing, Accounting; support Senior Brand Partnership manager in maintaining relationships with external partners; help in operational day to day management; participation in regular partner's touchpoint when relevant; build great collaborative internal & external relationships
Communication Scope
Fluent in English communication skills (written & spoken); Proven communication skills
Process & Methodology
Project management, manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met, objectives achieved
