2-3 years of experience in international companies, big4 or large Ukrainian companies, Experience as a business analyst, operations manager, account manager, Result-oriented, Strong collaboration and coordination skills between different teams and departments, Analytical thinking - ability to transform data and operational challenges into understandable and practical solutions, Practical experience in building, documenting, and improving business processes - creating clear, efficient, and consistent processes, Confident Google Sheets or Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, basic automation)
Nice to Have
Experience with Tableau, Experience with SQL, Previous work with legal and financial documents
