Must Have

Quantitative and analytical skills, including experience with financial modeling, data analysis, dashboards, KPIs, or operational analytics. Ability to operate in ambiguity and independently drive complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution. Organizational and project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously. Customer-facing and relationship-building experience, particularly in enterprise or B2B settings. Experience working closely with technical teams (AI/ML, software engineering, data science) and translating between technical and commercial stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail combined with a relentless bias for action.

MBA from a top-tier business school is a plus. Experience in high-growth environments or startups.

The Role We are looking for a high-caliber Business Operations Manager to join our team, reporting to the CEO. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, product execution, and go-to-market initiatives, you will act as an internal consultant and strategic quarterback. You will tackle ambiguous, high-impact business challenges, untangle complex operational bottlenecks, and design the workflows required to scale our platform globally. This role requires a unique mix of rigorous quantitative analysis, strategic foresight, and exceptional relationship-building. You will frequently work across engineering, data science, and business development to align priorities, and frequently driving major initiatives.
