4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Salesforce Product Management, or related roles, Experience leading Revenue Operations projects and operational initiatives, Hands-on experience writing BRDs, process documentation, functional requirements, and user stories, Understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes and revenue operations workflows, including Product Offering & Pricing, Experience working with Salesforce ecosystems, Experience collaborating with Salesforce Admins/Developers, Analytical skills, Problem-solving skills, Stakeholder management skills, Fluent English - written and verbal
Nice to Have
Experience in SaaS or high-growth B2B environments, Experience with Salesforce CPQ and pricing tools/workflows, Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, Understanding of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue operations metrics, Experience driving process transformation and change management initiatives
