3–5 years of experience in operations, 3–5 years of experience in business operations, 3–5 years of experience in a CS/account management support role, Project management skills, Experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders, Familiarity with Salesforce, Comfortable building and interpreting Salesforce reports, Exceptional organizational skills, Track record of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, Communicator who can engage effectively with frontline team members, Communicator who can engage effectively with senior stakeholders, Proactive, Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations

Serve as organizing function for renewals process

Track renewal timelines

Ensure nothing falls through cracks

Pull together analysis for renewal strategies

Pull together data for renewal strategies

Pull together narrative assets for renewal strategies

Source inputs for renewal strategies

Source assets for renewal strategies

Own project management for initiatives

Coordinate timelines for initiatives

Coordinate dependencies for initiatives

Coordinate deliverables for initiatives

Support CSMs on non-standard client requests

Support CSMs on escalations

Act as connective tissue between CS and organization

Drive alignment on complex initiatives

Drive follow-through on complex initiatives

Create Salesforce reports

Monitor Salesforce reports

Identify inaccurate data

Reach out to CSMs with reminders

Reach out to CSMs with corrections

Maintain data integrity
