What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Finance (B2B environment preferred), Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Experience with forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have

knowledge of MS Accessusiness Objects is a plus, Familiarity with SAP is advantageous

What You'll Do.

Drive Commercial Performance

Partner with Market Head and Sales Director to support revenue growth

Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions and P&L performance

Support business reviews

and market performance tracking

Deliver Insightful Analysis

Analyze performance trends

and pipeline data to identify opportunities and risks

Build forecasting models using trend analysis and relevant analytical tools

Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for leadership

Be a Strategic Business Partner

Act as a key liaison across Sales

Communicate insights clearly and influence senior stakeholders

Drive discussions with data-backed recommendations

Lead Operational Excellence

Improve and standardize business processes

Support implementation of global operations initiatives at market level

Drive continuous improvement programs across systems

Enable Business Rhythm

Manage business cadence (e. g.

state-of-business calls)

and communications for leadership forums

Ensure alignment and transparency across stakeholders
