Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.  WHAT YOU’LL DO - Build and run Sierra's operating system, to drive visibility, accountability, and decision-making across the business, ensuring priorities flow clearly across the organization - Plan and perform: Own the goal-setting infrastructure and leadership cadences that keep Sierra aligned and moving, ensuring priorities are set clearly, communicated broadly, and acted on across the organization - See the business clearly: Design dashboards and scorecards that give leadership and functional teams real-time visibility into business performance, and build these into dedicated forums to discuss and decide - Operate AI-natively: Help Sierra lead by example in how a modern company runs, embedding AI into how we plan and operate across functions - Accelerate Sierra's growth into new markets: Lead the cros
