We work in-person five days a week in our San Francisco, NYC, or London offices. About the Role Mercor is bringing on a Business Operations hire to drive high-quality execution across the company. You'll sit at the center of Delivery, Finance, Product, and GTM, owning the connective tissue that turns revenue potential into realized revenue. This is a high-leverage generalist role: you'll identify what's blocking the business, build the operating rhythms to surface it, and program manage the teams that fix it. You'll work directly with leadership and have visibility into how every part of the business runs. What You'll Do - Unblock Revenue: Partner with delivery teams to identify, prioritize, and manage the blockers standing between us and our revenue potential. Support the blocker process end-to-end — from surfacing issues to driving them to resolution with named owners and dates. - Operationalize Plans: Work with Finance to translate forecasts and growth levers into operational reality.
