About the Role: We are hiring a Business Operations Associate to work directly with the Vice President of Operations and the broader executive team to build our fast-growing Public Sector team. At this stage, the biggest accelerant to the Public Sector’s success is not technology or customer demand - it’s execution and coordination at scale. This is a high-impact, generalist role at the center of our Public Sector business. You will own priorities on behalf of the executive team, translate leadership decisions into action, and build the internal structure needed to scale. The role combines strategy, business operations, and special projects. This is an ideal role for someone in the first decade of their career who aims to grow into a chief-of-staff or leadership role in operations, strategy, or general management. You would receive direct mentorship and coaching from a blended team of former McKinsey consultants, technology leader, and government leader
