What you'll do Unlock Growth & Scale: Analyze, strategize, and execute on the key operational problems and opportunities our business faces. Design Efficient Processes: Design and implement operational processes that increase our capacity to service customers. Drive Revenue & Margin: Creatively identify new opportunities to generate increased revenue or margin, and seamlessly operationalize these opportunities. Navigate Stakeholder Needs: Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, building seamless workflows that maintain a high level of satisfaction for all parties engaged. Automate Insights: Produce and refine weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting to keep leadership aligned on our expansion strategy, building reliable data pipelines to keep it running smoothly.
